Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dome-A-Date services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Dome-A-Date provides luxury outdoor date experiences featuring glamping-style setup including a dome tent, ambient lighting, decorative elements, and curated amenities. Services are provided at customer-specified outdoor locations within our service area (Fayetteville, AR and surrounding areas).

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking platform
• Full payment is required at time of booking
• Prices are subject to change but locked in once booking is confirmed
• Additional fees may apply for upgrades, add-ons, or special requests
• You must be 21 years of age or older to add the Champagne upgrade. By selecting this add-on, you confirm that you and all consuming parties are at least 21 years of age. Dome-A-Date is not liable for any misrepresentation of age.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

4. Age Requirements

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to book and use our services. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Champagne Add-On: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume the Champagne upgrade. By selecting this add-on, you certify that you and all individuals consuming the champagne are of legal drinking age (21+). Dome-A-Date reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol if valid ID cannot be provided upon request. Dome-A-Date is not responsible for any misrepresentation of age by the customer.

5. Location Requirements

• Customer must provide a safe, accessible outdoor location for setup
• Location must have sufficient space to accommodate dome and setup (minimum 12' x 12' area)
• Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for setup at their chosen location
• Dome-A-Date reserves the right to refuse setup if location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
• Location Size Fee: If our crew arrives and the space is inadequate for proper setup, a $150 service call fee will apply, and alternative arrangements must be made

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited during your Dome-A-Date experience:

• 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco/cannabis products inside or within 10 feet of the dome setup
• No Animals: Pets or animals are not permitted in or around the dome setup due to allergies and equipment protection
• No Illegal Activities: Use of illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities
• No Excessive Noise: Respect neighborhood noise ordinances
• No Subletting: Your booking is non-transferable

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your experience without refund and additional fees as outlined in our Service Agreement.

7. Time Limits

Standard bookings include a 2-hour experience window. Setup and teardown times are separate and handled by Dome-A-Date staff. See Service Agreement for time overage policies.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 7+ days before: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• Weather Cancellations: See Service Agreement for weather-related policies

9. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using Dome-A-Date services, you acknowledge and agree:

• Outdoor activities carry inherent risks including weather changes, insects, uneven terrain, etc.
• You participate at your own risk
• Dome-A-Date is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during your experience
• You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests
• Equipment is provided for use within the dome setup area only

10. Equipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all equipment provided during their experience. See Service Agreement for damage and theft policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dome-A-Date and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph our setups for marketing purposes. If customers are present, we will request permission before using any images containing identifiable individuals. You grant us permission to photograph the setup location (but not you personally without consent) for promotional use.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dome-A-Date's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dome-A-Date, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

16. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
