Our base package is $299 and includes a 2-hour private dome experience with all amenities: setup, teardown, romantic decorations, Joyful Healing Card decks, complimentary fresh fruit (when available), and bottled water. Optional upgrades are available at booking for an additional cost.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and special dates like anniversaries or Valentine's Day. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows!

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your favorite snacks, meals, champagne, or whatever makes your date special. We provide the space and ambiance — you bring the personal touches that make it yours!

We can set up at any outdoor location you have permission to use:

• Your backyard - Most popular choice!
• Local parks - Check if permits are needed
• Private property - With owner's permission
• Special venues - We're flexible!

We serve Fayetteville, AR and surrounding areas. The space needs to be at least 12' x 12' with level ground. We recommend sending photos of your location before booking to ensure it works perfectly!

If our crew arrives and the space cannot safely accommodate the setup (too small, unsafe conditions, etc.), a $150 service call fee applies, and we'll work with you to find an alternative location or reschedule. To avoid this, we're happy to review photos of your intended location before booking!

Light rain is no problem — the dome keeps you dry and cozy! We operate year-round. However, if severe weather (high winds, severe storms, tornado warnings) makes setup unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. If you cancel due to weather concerns, standard cancellation policies apply unless conditions meet our severe weather criteria.

Yes! We adjust for the season:

• Winter: Extra blankets and heating options
• Summer: Fans and cooling considerations

We want you comfortable no matter the season!

Your experience includes 2 hours of private time in the dome. Setup (60-90 minutes) and teardown (45-60 minutes) are handled by us separately — you just enjoy your time! We provide a 15-minute warning before your time ends. If you'd like to extend, let us know ASAP — planned extensions are $125/hour vs. $150/hour for unplanned.

Not at all! We set everything up beautifully before your arrival, then leave you completely alone to enjoy your private time together. We return after your 2-hour experience to quietly pack everything away. Your time is yours!

• 7+ days before: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 60 days for a $75 rebooking fee

Unfortunately, no. To protect future customers with allergies and prevent damage to equipment, pets are not allowed. However, service animals can be accommodated with advance notice — please contact us before booking so we can make proper arrangements!

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is allowed inside or within 10 feet of the dome. This protects our equipment and ensures a fresh experience for all customers. Violation fees start at $200 plus any cleaning/damage costs.

Yes! We love making your experience extra special. Contact us before booking to discuss customization options, special surprises (like proposal setups!), or specific decoration themes. Some customizations may have additional costs.
